Deposits

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Eyebrow Tattooing: $100 deposit
  • Freckles: $75–$95 deposit
  • Bundled appointments: $150 deposit
  • Beauty Spot: $60 deposit
  • Sydney bookings: $100 deposit

Cancellations + Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy
  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • At least 3 days' notice is required to transfer a deposit to a new appointment date.
  • No-shows are not welcome to rebook.
  • Please confirm your appointment within 2 days of booking, or it may be cancelled.

Interstate Travel Surcharge

Effective June 2025
  • As of June 2025, a travel surcharge will be applied to all interstate bookings.
  • This surcharge is 4.5% of the total booking amount.
  • This surcharge is non-negotiable.

Health + Hygiene

Hygiene Standards
  • As a tattoo studio, Little Feather has always operated and maintained strict levels of hygiene in a clean and sterile environment.
  • Client waiver and release forms are completed online via the booking confirmation email.
  • Clients experiencing cold or flu symptoms will be rescheduled — please reach out in advance if you are unwell.
  • Nervous clients are welcome to book a Zoom consultation before their appointment.

Sydney Bookings

Interstate Waitlist
  • Sydney bookings cannot be made online — a waitlist is the only way to secure a spot.
  • Join the waitlist well in advance of your preferred dates.
  • A $100 deposit secures the booking once dates are finalised.
