Maggie founded Little Feather Cosmetic Tattoo in 2018, bringing over ten years of tattooing experience into the world of cosmetic work. What began as a passion for delicate artistry has grown into Melbourne's most-loved destination for freckle tattoos and natural eyebrow tattooing.
Maggie's motivation stems from her desire to provide a truly unique and personal experience, connecting with people during a time when we often yearn for meaningful connections, and is passionate about providing this in a business setting. Continuously investing time into the art, her favourite service on offer is freckles!
She also has a love for fresh flowers, croissants and coffee, traditional tattoo art, rainy days, plants, Japanese snacks, mid century architecture, Snoopy, coastal getaways with family, and late nights tuning into true crime documentaries and podcasts over an iced almond matcha. Little Feather looks forward to meeting you!
Little Feather operates in a private space within Oculus Tattoo — an all-inclusive safe space at 776 High St, Thornbury, Melbourne. Think soft-pink walls, checkerboard tiles, trailing plants, a ring light, and a wall of traditional flash art.
Every detail of the studio is considered. From the moment you arrive, the aim is to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and entirely at ease — whatever you're coming in for.
Little Feather is grounded in inclusivity and dedicated to making every person feel safe, seen, and valued.
Little Feather is a GNC & LGBTQIA+ safe space. Every person who walks through the door is welcomed warmly, without exception. All bodies, all identities, all backgrounds.
As part of a professional tattoo studio, Little Feather maintains strict hygiene protocols. The environment is clean, sterile, and fully compliant with industry standards — always.
Feeling nervous? You're not alone. Clients who want to talk through their options before committing can book a Zoom consultation. No pressure — ever. Your comfort leads the appointment.
We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Owners and custodians of the land on which we gather and work. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present. Always was, always will be.
